Hey C'girls!! We must jiayou for west zone okay... Really disappointed Jun Hao yesterday so must make it up to him by training harder next time! It's not skill that we lack, it's COMMUNICATION and INITIATIVE. Must not let the school, our seniors, Vlee, Jun Hao, and most importantly ourselves, down.. So must strive hard and give it all we've got for this last month okay? WE CAN DO IT!!

So emo yesterday and we really messed up BIG time.. It's just so strange that why everytime a few of us sees the ball but just looks at one another, expectingly the other to take it... Why can't we just have the initiative and go for it?! Instead of waiting for others to do it for you, why can't we do it ourselves? Just doesn't make any sense.. We have absolutely no teamwork at all.. Nobody wants to help each other to keep the ball in the air and the game going.. No wonder Jun Hao is disappointed.. Long lectures from him about our teamwork almost every training and yet not one of us put in effort to improve our communication..
I really want to win.. But just looking at the situation now makes me wonder how far we can go.. Why is it that the front row don't want to talk and open their mouths.. The people in the back row have such a hard time trying to understand whether you will take the ball or not... When we think you will get it, you don't. When we think you will give it to us, you stick your hands up and set it backwards.. We need to make a plan.. more than that we need BOND and UNDERSTANDING.... So I suggest a team lunch after common test.. We need the time to sit down and have a heart-to-heart talk seriously.. No tears, just comments.. I really hope you all will take things seriously and learn to help each other out... Not stand there and wait for others to do it for you.. Must remember that without one of the teammates starting the ball, there may not be a you helping to score that precious point...........
I don't want to disappoint people so I try my best to do things for you guys.. but if sometimes I'm not there to help, will you all take things into your own hands? Tired of scolding in court.. So from now on I will just zip it on the comments unless they are good ones... If you all don't want to improve on your own.. There's nothing I can do anymore...
