Ok I know I haven't updated my blog for like 20 days.. But I'm back now! And here to tell you more about what happened these few days..
18th November:
Checked into KK Women's and Children's Hospital. Was like so bored there and supper was provided at 8.00pm. at like 10pm, the nurse came to tell me that after midnight, I can't eat ANYTHING!! (gasp!) She also said that she would get me warm Milo at 11.30pm and heat up the egg sandwiches my mum bought at the 7-11 downstairs. Finished my food at 11.50pm and was not allowed anything anymore.
19th November:
Woke up at around 6.45am to drink some plain water and then after 7.00am, NOTHING can be taken in any more, even plain water. My operation to cut off that growth in my mouth was supposed to start at around 10.45am, but was delayed until 11.30am. When they put the mask over my mouth and nose to give me the gas that would make me sleep, I was actually wide awake. But after like 10secs later I felt giddy and woozy and then knocked out. When I woke up, a nurse told me they were going to wheel me back to my bed. I was like having such a huge headache I just shut my eyes and went back to sleep. I was asleep for like the whole day until night when my family came to see me. Then my aunt said she saw some of my friends but my brother said it was impossible. But then i saw Amalina hiding behind the curtain and I was like Ama! Then she called someone over and I saw WoonSin. The two of them stay until like 8.00pm before WoonSin's dad came to fetch them home. By then some of my mother's colleagues came to see me. They gave me 2 red packets each containing $50. By then I was feeling sleepy so they left and let me have my rest.
20th November:
Woke up at about 10.00am to have the doctor come and tell me that I can go home! So after eating the lunch they provided for me at the hospital, my mother and I went home at 1.00pm. Stay at my grandma house till around 8.30pm. KaiLing even came to see me at my grandma house and we exchanged stories. She told me about what happens in the trainings and I tell her about what it was like in the hospital.
So that's it! Quite alot happened right? Please don't ask me about the growth in my mouth. All I have in its place is a huge hole that needs some flesh to grow back before I can eat any hard food. So I'm kind of stuck with porridge for now T.T
